Broken Manual Safety Lever on T380 CC

After shooting at the range yesterday, I noticed that the manual saftey lever's arm had broken off.
A nice clean break. Maybe a stress fracture?
Has anyone seen this?

I assume you are the same 'camshaft' that just joined Bersa Chat & posted there about a broken decocker, so you've read how to repair it.

So far, several have reported the problem, but I don't know how wide spread it is. Can only guess that those that report extra stiff decockers & work them back & forth to get them to loosen up are the ones having the trouble. That could be stressing them enough, then just the vibration while shooting can finish the job.
