I have ordered Bersa mags online from CondorsFlight on 3 occasions which included a couple of phone calls and I found their service to be professional, polite and fast.
Ordered a holster & a spare mag but the mag was lost in transit. The package had been opened & taped back up. I reported it to Condors Flight via e-mail & went into town to report it at the post office. While I was standing in line at the post office, I received a call from Condors Flight to tell me that they would be shipping another mag, only minutes after I had notified them!! I received it two days later! Great service!
I have to agree with all of the above comments. I ordered two magazines for my FireStorm .22, one extra magazine for my FireStorm .380, and a Fobus paddle-style double mag carrier on November 30. The mailman dropped the package off on December 2. Great service, and great products.
I'm probably going to order two sets of the wood grips for my pair of Bersa pistols soon, and guess who's going to get my business?
I ordered a holster from Fobus for my Bersa uc 45, but the company was "out of stock". They didn't expect any in for about 30 days. Then, I went to CondorsFlight, found the Fobus holster, except it comes with the "Bersa" logo in place of "Fobus", ordered it, and had it in my hand a couple of days later.
i bought some items from yourgunparts quite awhile ago, they said the magazine was on back order and asked if i still wanted to keep it on, which i did.. in much LESS than a week, my order arrived, WITH the backordered magazine.... now that is great service !!!!!
