9mm Thunder Pro - ammunition requirements?

I'm trying to sort out what ammunition is appropriate for my 9mm Thunder Pro.

So far I've figured out: Brass or Aluminum only - no steel
No reloaded ammo
115 grain is fine, 124 grain is fine
FMJ is fine

What I don't know:
is 147 grain ok?

are any particular bullet types not recommended?

147 fine , +P fine , +P+ no you can shoot reload, but really make sure you clean barrel if lead used. I don't trust reloads and never shoot them .
