Best way to zero a lasermaxx micro in my uc45?

Guys, i need your help and inputs. I just bought a lasermaxx micro for my uc45. Whats the best way to zero it with my gun? Or how? Whats the best range to zero it?

I would shoot from a sturdy rest at 25ft. then put the laser on that point of impact then repeat same shot. should be pretty close then. Good Luck mspph!
